Goal Setting for 2016 and Beyond Part 4

Now list goals in areas you want to feel more fulfilled:

  • Mindfulness: Decrease television.
  • Health Exercise: Exercise every day, eat plant based diet, drink 80 oz. water, take vitamins daily.
  • Spirituality: Practice weekly yoga
  • Work Purpose: N/A
  • Work Time: Create an organized and efficient schedule.
  • Financial: Create and stick to budget.
  • Family: Take 6 long weekends to be with family. Write a weekly letter.
  • Romantic Relationship: N/A
  • Adventure/Travel: Make one big trip this year.
  • Hobbies: Crossfit, blogging and horseback riding
  • Friends: N/A

So for 2016 I will:

  • Limit television to one weeknight.
  • I will exercise every day.
  • Eat a predominantly plant based diet
  • Drink 80 oz of water
  • Take daily supplements
  • Practice yoga once a week
  • Create an organized and efficient weekly schedule
  • Create daily to do lists at work
  • Adhere to budget
  • Spend 6 weekends with family
  • Write one letter a week
  • Take one big vacation
  • Do three months of Crossfit
  • Blog weekly
  • Take a horseback riding class
