Practicing Wholeness

Car accident today. No one was hurt. I was not in the wrong, but could have prevented it. You see, I have been stressed. I have great driving reflexes and could have completely avoided this guy pulling out in front of me….But I didn’t. I am all a twitter with the move, work and everything I need to do that I am just dull.

Like usual, when tasks start piling up I take myself for granted. It has been three weeks since a decent workout. I have been eating like crap and getting fewer hours of sleep. I look puffy and tired. So, I’m going to do something about it. Back to the gym and back to a vegetarian (add eggs and fish) diet. It will be one month until I am in my new place. I vow to spend this month doing the following:

  • Blogging
  • Using essential oils
  • Getting 8 hours of sleep
  • Spending time with friends
  • Eating all fruits and veggies
  • Daily sweat sessions
  • Skin care routine
  • Reading

I think this will set me straight. I need a restart and this is the perfect way to do it.
